Return Period
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are opened, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain products such as perishable goods, personalized or customized items, and opened hygiene products cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our customer support team with your order number, product details, and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for sending your product back to us. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
